Bending the Arc of Justice: Imagining Sexual and Reproductive Health and Rights at the Heart of an Equitable Future

  • Norrsken House 78 St Kigali Rwanda (map)

About the event

Against a backdrop of the ongoing polycrisis, rising authoritarianism, increases in online and in-person gender-based violence and the aftermath of the Dobbs decision in the United States, there are still beacons of progress and momentum. Through this event, we aim to highlight success stories of feminist organizations, reproductive justice activists, governments and donors working to safeguard sexual and reproductive health and rights—centered in a vision of the future that is more just and equitable for all.

This event is organized by the Universal Access Project and the Feminist Foreign Policy Collaborative.

  • Honorable Harriette Chiggai, Women’s Rights Advisor to the President of Kenya, Government of Kenya

  • Ana Barreto, Vice President of Latin America Programs, Planned Parenthood Global

  • Dilly Severin, Vice President, United Nations Foundation Universal Access Project

  • Lyric Thompson, Founder and CEO, Feminist Foreign Policy Collaborative

  • Guillaume Gouffier, Member of Parliament, Government of France
