This side event at the Asia Pacific Ministerial Conference on Beijing +30 shared lessons from global dialogues and regional processes to advance discussions on a regionally-contextualized feminist foreign policy approach for Asia and the Pacific region.

October 2024 || Our Senior Fellow, Beth Woroniuk, joins Girls’ Globe’s Julia Wiklander for an episode of the Hey Changemaker! podcast. Beth shares how she’s seeing the current state of the global movement for feminist financing and feminist foreign policies, along with her advice for young feminists moving into the advocacy space today.

September 2024 || On the margins of the UNGA79 High-Level Week, the Ministers of the Feminist Foreign Policy Plus Group (FFP+) met for the third time in this context with the purpose of strengthening and renewing their political commitments to feminist foreign policies, the fight against all forms of sexual and gender-based violence and other key priorities.

September 2024 || “The hope that I have for feminist foreign policy is that the diversification and growth of this cohort could be what we need to break up some of the regional blocks that have constrained progress.” In her interview with The Public Diplomacy Council of America, our Founder and CEO, Lyric Thompson, discusses feminist foreign policy, its theory of change and opportunities for impact.

September 2024 || The Feminist Foreign Policy Collaborative invites journalists to join our virtual press briefing to receive expert insights on how FFP governments are shaping and engaging in the UN General Assembly, COP 29 and discussions around the U.S. Elections and what this could mean for the future of multilateral engagement.

September 2024 || Our Senior Policy Advisor, Spogmay Ahmed, joined other experts to discuss feminist foreign policy’s growing influence on geopolitics and how a feminist foreign policy agenda can help the feminist philanthropy movement and work of local women’s funds in the U.S.
